oh my...

i was SO overwhelmed today.
~today~ wasn't overwhelming...but my palm calendar was...is.

but my day ended with people that i am CONSTANTLY amazed, intrigued and humbled by.

I almost didn't follow-through with going to our holiday pot luck/meeting (one of the groups I volunteer with).
almost.
but somewhere within me there was foreseeable regret smothered in sadness. for i would have escaped their power, their incredible embrace which overpowers me every time we get together. that would have been sad indeed if i'd missed that. they are incredible, i am so lucky to be a part of them and everything we do.
