As part of the ongoing efforts to build depth in key positions, the Ops Team is very happy to annouce that Renée has stepped up to the plate to become our 4th Operations Manager. This will help us become much more sustainable during long-running responses, and having Renée's experience, enthusiasm and sense of humour on board will be a huge asset. Over the coming months the four of us will be cross-training and working to make the next response even better organized and managed than the last one.

To me, coming from you,
Friend is a four letter word.
End is the only part of the word
That I heard.
Call me morbid or absurd.
But to me, coming from you,
Friend is a four letter word.
To me, coming from you,
Friend is a four letter word.
End is the only part of the word
That I heard.
Call me morbid or absurd.
But to me, coming from you,
Friend is a four letter word.
When I go fishing for the words
I am wishing you would say to me,
I'm really only praying
That the words you'll soon be saying
Might betray the way you feel about me.
But to me, coming from you,
Friend is a four letter word.

EARTHLINGS is a feature length documentary about humanity's absolute dependence on animals (for pets, food, clothing, entertainment, and scientific research) but also illustrates our complete disrespect for these so-called "non-human providers." The film is narrated by Academy Award nominee Joaquin Phoenix (GLADIATOR) and features music by the critically acclaimed platinum artist Moby.

here's the secret. dont learn from anyone. take a million jacked up, blurry pictures. damn the rest. tell your own story any way you want. passion is worth more than talent. there are legions of 'talented' photographers who can tell you with smug authority how exactly a picture should be taken, but their work has no spirit. anything can make a great image. its all in how you look at it and what it means to you.
