zencircle Chinese Doctor fixed me again...this time with acupuncture. My knee! It's like 90% better after an hour's work getting poked. That stuff works...I highly recommend it to anyone. He said it's prolly not any sort of pressure or sprain on the knee from runnin, but it's most likely from not opening my hips properly in yoga classes. Ah ha!
I have to practise back and forward bends more (and better!) camel
