brief moment of thievery

the dude before me at the ATM, was all chatting on his phone while he was banking, he walked away and his card was still in the machine (with the options of withdrawal, etc)...i approached and was all "well, lookee here".
he had already left the building, so i got a bank person to come over and deal with it...but honestly, for a split second...i was tempted...
damn me and my karmic thoughts

I've had the same experience. I simply nabbed the card and took it to customer service. And, yes, larcenous thought did occur to me but good deeds pay far greater dividends.

Well done Ren,

I would have been tempted too but good deeds do pay for dividends...just not in this life.
