so, i'm on this cleanse...and everything has been going quite well for the last 10 days, except I made a tragic error last night and instead of drinking my yerba de maté for caffeine last night (HEAPS of school stuff to do), I grabbed a coffee.
a BIG coffee
what was i thinking? not only did it partially screw up my cleanse, but I actually got physically ill from it (so, i guess it didn't really mess up the cleanse) and was still awake four hours after I put the books down.
